Nominations are now open for five PTO leadership positions. Elections will take place at our next General PTO Meeting on October 7 at 5:30 PM. Before voting, each candidate will have an opportunity to briefly introduce themselves and share why they are interested in the position, any relevant experience or skills they bring, and what they hope to accomplish in the role.

Sponsorship Coordinator
Build relationships with local businesses and community members to secure sponsorships, donations, and grant opportunities for our school.
 

Helping Hands Coordinator
Organize at least one Helping Hands volunteer session each month, scheduled according to the coordinator’s availability. The coordinator will collect project requests from teachers and organize volunteers to help complete them. Lorena and Jennifer managed this program last year and can help with the transition.
 

Yearbook Coordinator
Lead the creation of Mittelstadt’s first school-wide yearbook! Work directly with Strawbridge and coordinate photos and content submitted by teachers, clubs, and school organizations. Amanda will assist the coordinator and yearbook committee throughout the process.
 

Hospitality Coordinator
Help us show appreciation for our faculty and staff! This coordinator will organize gifts for faculty professional development days and coordinate lunch for Teacher Appreciation Day. Lorena is currently handling the professional day gifts and can help with the transition.
 

Membership Coordinator
Help grow PTO membership by recruiting new members at Mittelstadt events and developing a new PTO membership program. This role will include researching options for implementing membership dues and helping create a sustainable program for future years.
