OPEN POSITIONS INCLUDE:

Secretary - The Secretary of the Parent Teacher Organization is responsible for recording meeting minutes, maintaining official records, and managing PTO correspondence. They ensure accurate documentation of decisions and activities, keeping members informed and organized.

Volunteer Coordinator - The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, organizing, and scheduling volunteers to support school events, programs, and PTO initiatives. They also serve as the main point of contact for volunteers, ensuring clear communication and recognition of their contributions.

Sponsorship Coordinator - The Sponsorship Coordinator of the Parent Teacher Association is responsible for securing financial and in-kind support from local businesses and community partners to help fund school events and programs. They also maintain relationships with sponsors, ensure proper recognition, and coordinate sponsorship logistics to align with PTO goals.

Fundraiser Coordinator - The Fundraiser Coordinator of the Parent Teacher Association is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing fundraising events and initiatives to support school programs and activities. They manage budgets, coordinate event logistics, and ensure fundraising goals are met in alignment with the PTO’s objectives.

Hospitality Coordinator - The Hospitality Coordinator plans meals and treats for our teachers and staff throughout the year. They ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere that fosters community and appreciation.
